Itinerary Details
Day 1 Arrival in Delhi

On arrival at Delhi airport/railway station, our tour representative would assist you in a smooth transfer to the hotel. The rest of the day at leisure.

Day 2 Sightseeing in Delhi

The capital city of India, Delhi has been a witness many dynasties and rulers. Various ethnicities come together to form the charm of the city. The architecture is especially of note as every monument has a style of its own.

After you are done with breakfast, head for a city tour. The first stop is Raj Ghat. The memorial of Mahatma Gandhi, Father of the Nation. The serene environment is worth a visit. One of the largest mosques in India, Jama Masjid is your next destination. The red sandstone and marble mosque, built by the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan, is an aesthetic example of Persian style of architecture.

Post lunch, continue with your tour. The next attractions you visit are Humayun's tomb and Qutub Minar. Drive past other tourist attractions like Parliament house, President's residence and Diplomatic enclaves.

Return to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 3 Delhi - Jaipur

Start the day with a healthy meal, after which you need to start your journey to Jaipur. 270 Km away from Delhi, Jaipur is the capital and the largest city in Rajasthan. Known as the Pink City, the city has its treasure of forts, palaces and wonderful sights.

On arrival, check-in to your hotel. Either choose to spend the rest of the day relaxing in your hotel, or visit the nearby surroundings. The evening can be well sent in any of the well-known bazaars. Take home souvenirs and gifts as fond memories of the city.

Day 4 Sightseeing in Jaipur

Today you are set for your Jaipur tour after breakfast in the hotel. The first halt is the Amber fort. Built by Raja Man Singh, it is a beautiful example of Hindu and Mughal style of architecture. Take up an elephant ride, all the way to the fort.

Post lunch, head to Jaigarh fort. This hill fortress is set high on one of the peaks of Aravali ranges. Other attractions you visit are Laxmi Narayan temple, City Palace, Jantar Mantar (UNESCO world heritage site) and Hawa Mahal.

Drive to the Choki Dhani village resort in the evening. Cultural performances, traditional food and other delights awaits you.

Return to hotel for overnight stay.

Day 5 Jaipur - Agra

Post breakfast, bid adieu to Jaipur. Proceed to the Agra (243 Km away). En-route, halt at the deserted city of Fatehpur Sikri. The 16th century city built by Mughal Emperor Akbar now lies in ruins but is worth exploring. The magnificence of the architecture draws all visitors. Highly popular amongst them is Buland Darwaza, titled the largest gateway in the world.

Continue with your drive to Agra. On arriving, our tour representative will transfer you to the hotel. Either choose to relax in the hotel or go exploring the local markets.

Day 6 Sightseeing in Agra

Start the day as the tour schedule starts in the dawn. The sight of the beautiful Taj Mahal glistening in the morning sun is worth the hassles. One of the Seven Wonders of the World, Taj is a mausoleum of white marble. It was built by the great Mughal emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his beloved wife, Mumtaz Mahal.

Post breakfast, visit the other attractions of Agra. Head to the magnificent Agra fort. The UNESCO world heritage site built in red sandstone has many intricate structures. Visit Itmad-ud-Daula's tomb in the evening. This wonderful mausoleum is titled the Baby Taj.

Return to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 7 Agra - Orchha - Khajuraho

Early in the morning, after breakfast, you will be transferred to the railway station. Board the train to Jhansi (215 km away). Upon arrival in Jhansi, begin the road trip to Orchha (18 km away).

The princely state of Orchha lies in the Bundelkhand region of Madhya Pradesh. Founded in 15th century AD it is renowned for its numerous temples, palaces and forts. Check out the unmissable attractions like Jehangir Mahal of Orchha, Raj Mahal and Laxmi Narayan temple.

With the wonderful sights of Orchha in your mind, get back on the road to Khajuraho (172 km away). On arrival, check into the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 8 Khajuraho - Varanasi

Today, after breakfast go exploring the world heritage sites of Khajuraho. Khajuraho is known for its collection of Hindu and Jain temples. The impressive architecture, magnificent sculptures and the history behind it are wonderful.

The note worth attractions you visit are the Laxmi & Varha temples, the sculptures are worth your notice. The Kandariya Mahadev temple is one of the largest Hindu temples in Khajuraho. It is famous for its stone carvings, the numbers of which count more than 900.The Devi Jagdambi temple is a group of 25 beautifully decorated temples. Built during the Chandella dynasty rule in India (10th-12th century), these are famous for erotic carvings.

After the exploration, head to the airport to board the flight to Varanasi. As you will arrive, our tour representative will escort you to the hotel. Go for a walk in the city or relax in your room.

Day 9 Sightseeing in Varanasi

Start the day pre-dawn. Enjoy the boat ride in the sacred Ganga River as the sun rises. After breakfast, leave for Sarnath (6 km away). Sarnath is where Lord Buddha delivered his first sermon after attaining enlightenment. The highly sacred Buddhist religious place, Sarnath lies at the confluence of two rivers-Ganga and Gomati. The popular attractions to check-out are Dhamek Stupa, Sarnath Museum and Chaukhandi Stupa.

In Varanasi, visit the Alamgir mosque, Dashashwamedh ghat and Bharat Mata temple. In the evening as soon a set sun sets, get to the Dashashwamedh ghat. The worship ceremony for the river Ganga begins. Thousands of lights, chants and flowers create a spiritual environment which mesmerizes all.

Return to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 10 Varanasi - Delhi

Have your breakfast and get the transfer to Varanasi airport. Board the flight to Delhi. On arrival, check in to a pre-booked hotel. Spend the rest of the day at leisure. Explore the nearby surroundings in the evening if you wish to.

Day 11 Delhi Departure

Post breakfast at the hotel, get transferred to the International airport for their onward journey back home. Return home with cherished memories of the Golden Triangle with Varanasi and Khajuraho.
