Itinerary Details
Day 1 Arrive in Delhi

As you arrive at the Delhi airport, our tour representative offers you an assisted transfer to the hotel where you complete the check-in. You can relax for a while. In the evening, you can either enjoy a leisure walk or can experience the scintillating nightlife of Delhi.

Stay overnight in Delhi.

Day 2 Delhi – Jaipur (273 km)

In the morning, get ready for a city tour of Delhi including some its main attractions such as India Gate, Gandhi Memorial, and Red Fort. Later on, enjoy a visit to Jama Masjid, and Qutub Minar, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Afterwards, start your road journey to Jaipur, the capital city of Rajasthan, fondly called the 'Pink City'. On arrival, check-in at the hotel. If the time and energy permit, you can explore the surroundings on your own. Relish dinner at the hotel.

Day 3 Jaipur

Have your breakfast and get ready for sightseeing in Jaipur. The first visit of the day is to the popular hill fort, Amer or Amber fort. Hop onto an elephant's back or get into a jeep to go to the fort's entrance. The fort, around 11 km from the city, houses several interesting structures. In the afternoon, explore the attractions of the city including the City Palace- a mix of Rajput and Mughal architectures. The two main entrances of this palace are Tripolia Gate and Jaleb Chowk. Lattice work, marble interiors, inlaid ornamentations, and stunning pillars are some of the prime features of this palace complex. The other visits of the day include Hawa Mahal, Jaigarh fort, Nahargarh Fort, and the world heritage site, Jantar Mantar.

Day 4 Jaipur – Agra (239 km)

On day 4 of the tour, get transferred to Agra, by road. On the way, halt to explore the world heritage site of Fatehpur Sikri, an old deserted Mughal capital. Some of the main structures here that are worth-visiting are Buland Darwaza, Jodha Bai Palace, Jama Masjid, Panch Mahal and Birbal Bhawan. Continue towards Agra. On reaching, check-in at the hotel. Relax for some time and then move to explore the mighty Agra Fort. While some structures here are by Mughal Emperor Akbar, the others are by Emperor Shah Jahan. The next attraction the splendid Taj Mahal, one of the Seven Wonders of the World. In the light of the setting sun, its looks mesmerizing. Dinner at the hotel.

Day 5 Agra – Jhansi (by train) – Khajuraho (by road- 175 km)

On this day, get transferred to the Agra Cantonment Railway Station to go aboard a train to Jhansi. As you reach Jhansi railway station, begin your road to Khajuraho. On arrival, check-in at the hotel and get ready to visit the Khajuraho group of temples, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Divided into Eastern and Western Group, these temples were erected by the rulers of Chandela dynasty. These temples are known all across the globe for their remarkable erotic carvings and sculptures. Some of the must-visit temples are Kandariya Mahadeva temple, Matangeshwar temple, Lakshmana temple, and Varaha temple.

Day 6 Khajuraho – Varanasi

In the morning, have your breakfast. And, get transferred to the Khajuraho airport for boarding a flight to Varanasi. On arrival, complete the check-in formalities at the hotel. Straighten your back for a while and now get ready for an excursion to Sarnath, the popular Buddhist religious site. Explore the Buddhist monasteries, the deer park, the museum, and the Stupa. Back to the city. The evening is scheduled for a spectacular Aarti on the banks (ghats) of holy River Ganga. It is one the best things to do in the holy city of Varanasi.

Day 7 Varanasi

Day 7 starts early as you enjoy an early morning boat ride in the River Ganges. Visit the popular bathing ghats and observe the Hindu customs. Thereafter, partake in temple tour of Varanasi including Bharat Mata temple, Tulsi Manas temple and the Alamgir temple. In the evening, there is an optional activity. You can visit the Banaras Hindu University for exploring the Art Gallery and the Mosque of Mughal Emperor Aurangazeb.

Day 8 Varanasi – Lumbini (326 km)

Post breakfast on day 8, start driving to Lumbini- the birth place of Lord Buddha. It is one of the most revered sites of Buddhism. As you reach, check-in at the hotel. Freshen-up and get ready for exploring Lumbini. The first visit is to the Myanmar temple. The structure of the temple is shining gold and white, resembling the Shwe-dagon Pagoda of Yangon. Later, visit other attractions of Lumbini including the Maya Garden Buddha Stupa, Japanese temple and the Vietnam temple. Dinner at the hotel.

Day 9 Lumbini – Chitwan (136 km)

On day 9 after breakfast, start driving to Chitwan. As you reach, complete the check-in at a forest lodge. After some rest, get ready for a wildlife safari at the Chitwan National Park. The park is known to be home of one-horned Rhinoceros, crocodiles and the Royal Bengal Tigers. You are accompanied by a naturalist during your jeep safari/canter safari. The day is going to be an exciting one for nature lovers and wildlife enthusiasts. Back to the lodge for dinner.

Overnight stay in Chitwan.

Day 10 Chitwan – Kathmandu (170 km)

In the morning, enjoy bird watching, accompanied by a naturalist in the national park. Back to the lodge for breakfast. Afterwards, get transferred to Kathmandu, road. Upon arrival, check-into the hotel. The rest of the day is free. In the evening, if you want, opt for a leisure walk in the nearby area.

Day 11 Kathmandu

The day is scheduled for city tour of Kathmandu. The morning visit is to the world heritage site of the Sayambhunath and Bouddhanath Stupa. These Stupas are oldest of its kind in Nepal. Around 3 km from the main city, these religious sites are placed hill top, around 77 m above the level of Kathmandu Valley. Later, visit the Manakamana temple for which you enjoy cable car ride of around 15 to 20 minutes. Dinner at the hotel.

Day 12 Kathmandu

Have an early morning visit to the Pashupatinath temple for Darshan. Dedicated to Lord Shiva, it is placed on the banks of River Bagmati. It is an important Hindu temple. Breakfast at the hotel is followed by a full-day trip to the Patan city, one of the prime attractions in Kathmandu. Patan owns some fabulous stone and wood carvings, and metal statues. It has elaborate architecture comprising of Buddhist and Hindu temples as well as more than 1200 monuments. The evening is free for leisure activities of your interest. Dinner at the hotel.

Day 13 Kathmandu – Delhi

The morning is at leisure. In the afternoon, have your lunch and get transferred to the airport for boarding a flight to Delhi. On arrival, check-in at the hotel for some rest. You can spend the day as per your own interest. Explore the place on your own. Dinner at the hotel.

Day 14 Departure from Delhi

Early morning transfer to the Delhi airport to board the flight for your onward destination.
