Itinerary Details
Day 1 Arrival at Cochin

Arrive at the Cochin airport. Our representative helps you with an assisted transfer to the hotel. After completing the check-in formalities, rest for some time. Now get ready for sightseeing. Some of the attractions of Cochin that you visit today include Dutch Palace, Bolgatty Palace, St. Francis Church, and Jewish Synagogue. The next site are the very popular Chinese fishing nets, which use the mechanical method of catching fishes. You can spot the fishermen busy in their routine work.

Day 2 Cochin – Munnar (131 km)

Post breakfast on day 2, start your road journey to, arguably the most popular hill station of Kerala, Munnar. On arrival, check-in at the hotel. The day, now, is at leisure. The place has various allures such as lush tea plantations, reservoirs, lakes, pleasant ambiance and thick forests. While the relaxed ambiance allures family vacations, the hills offer adventure opportunities. In the evening, you can enjoy a leisure walk.

Day 3 Munnar

One third day of scenic Kerala tour, step out of your hotel and treat your eyes to the wonderful surroundings and salubrious weather. Sightseeing of Munnar starts with a visit to its prime attractions including Chithirapuram, Pothamedu View Point, Blossom Park, and Atukkad Waterfalls. The next is going to be of interest to wildlife lovers. Enjoy a visit to the very-popular Eravikulam national park, home to the endangered Nilgiri Tahr. Day 4 Munnar – Thekkady (96.5 km)

Have your breakfast and start driving to Thekkady. The journey from Munnar to Thekkady is on a road that that passes through dense forests and verdant plantations. On reaching Thekkady, check-in at the hotel. The afternoon is scheduled for a thrilling jeep safari in Periyar Wildlife Tiger Reserve. Heaven of elephants, hordes of them can be seen bathing and swimming here. In the evening boat ride at Periyar Lake can be arranged.

Day 5 Thekkady – Kumarakom (112 km)

After breakfast, get transferred to Kumarakom, by road. Placed on the banks of Lake Vembanad, Kumarakom is a serene town that has been blessed with verdant environment. As you reach, first thing you to do enjoy the very well-known Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary. Covering an area of 14 acres, this sanctuary is home to resident as well as migratory birds. After partaking in bird watching, check-into the hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure. You can explore the surroundings on your own. Back to the hotel for dinner.

Day 6 Kumarakom – Alleppey (Houseboat)

Have breakfast and move to Kumarakom jetty. Here you check into a houseboat for an overnight stay. This boat is going to take you to Alleppey, one of the most popular backwater destinations of Kerala. The houseboat is well-equipped with all the modern comforts. You are accompanied by a rower cum guide and a trained chef. As the houseboat starts cruising on the placid backwaters, savor the serenity. The views of palm-fringed coasts and paddy fields are mesmerizing. Meals are served on-board.

Day 7 Alleppey – Kovalam (159 km)

In the morning, while having breakfast, treat your eyes to the beautiful surroundings. De-board the houseboat and start driving to Kovalam, a lovely beach town that offers a peaceful vacation. As you reach, check-into the hotel. You can relax for a while. Later, get ready for a visit to the crescent-shaped Kovalam beach. This beach is a combination of three beaches- Hawa beach, Samudra beach and Lighthouse beach. Spend the day as per your liking. You can simply relax or indulge in water sports or enjoy a refreshing massage.

Day 8 Kovalam
